1. What are the signs that my foundation is in need of repair?
- There are many signs that would indicate that a foundation is need of repair such as: cracks on the interior walls in the Sheetrock, cracks in the brick veneer, doors and windows may not shut properly, sloped or unlevel floors, and sagging or leaky roof.
2. There are no cracks on the exterior walls, but there are apparent cracks on the interior walls, does this mean the foundation needs repaired?
3. How can I distinguish if my home is settling or if the foundation needs repaired?
4. There are cracks around my windows and doors, does this mean my foundation needs repaired?
5. There are apparent cracks in the bricks around my fireplace, what does this mean?
6. Do you offer financing?
- There is special financing available. There must be 1/2 of the total bill paid upon completion of the job and the remainder to be paid out within the next 90 days.
7. Do you offer any discounts?
- We do offer 10% discounts for senior citizens.
- There are also discounts for Realtors and contractors.
8. What if another foundation company has already placed piers under my home, but I believe that more work is needed at a later date? Will you complete the repairs?
- Permalift provides free estimates so we can inspect and determine if more work is needed. Permalift will complete any additional repairs that are needed.
